Here is how the order process works!
- Step 1: Fill out and submit the Romance is Dead order form
- Step 2: Once the order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation and quote via the email address you provided within 24-36 hours
- Step 3: The confirmation and quote email will give you the option to accept the quote and place the order or decline the quote and cancel the order
- Step 4: Once the order is placed, it will go into production. Production usually takes 3-4 weeks
- Step 5: Upon completion, you will receive an invoice. This invoice will give you the option and instructions to pay by Interac E-Transfer (Canada), Revolute (Europe), or Credit/Debit card vis Pay Pal (Global)
- Step 6: When payment is received, you will receive a receipt via email.
- Step 7: Your item will be shipped as soon as possible, and you will be provided with a tracking link
- Step 8: Receive you order! If there are any issues or concerns with your item(s), you will be able to respond to the shipping email with your feedback.
